Medielabbet is a multifaceted student society which aims to motivate and inspire students of Media technology. In part this means doing fun and experimental, Media technology-centric, projects. We're affiliated with the Media technology union at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
Avatar Alpha - Styr en annan kropp!
Avatar Alpha gick ut på se vad som händer när människor träder in i en annan kropp och får styra den. Vi försökte skapa den här situtionen genom att med hjälp av projektor och högtalare spela upp vad vår kamerautrustade människa såg och hörde. Avataren fick följa röstkommandon som kom från tittarna två kilometer bort.

The Interrogation Chamber - Amazing Binaural 3D Sound Play

Choose a higher video resolution for best sound quality. This play was recorded with two microphones placed in the ears of a dummy head thus being in binaural 3D sound. By listening to the play with stereo earphones in a quiet room you should get the same sound sensation as if you were actually on the set listening.
